Enter back door. Look for Stage Manager Danny Vasconcelos (978) 979-0401 or Mike Silva (978) 836-7383. Check into your dressing room backstage.

Soundcheck Calema Sound Check
Sound check with Calema's own band. Duration: approx. 60 minutes. Please bring your IEM (in-ear) earphones/buds and any personal gear.

3:00 PM

Sound check ends

Head to your dressing room backstage at PPAC. Get ready for the red carpet — outfits, hair, and make-up. Hotel check-in happens after the red carpet.

3:45 PM

Walk to PPAC for Red Carpet Pre-Show

Bring your outfits and clothing for the show and after-party. Bring your IEM (in-ears).

4:00 PM

Red Carpet Arrive at PPAC Arcade

Arrive dressed for TV at PPAC Arcade (front of building, inside, near box office) for the Red Carpet Event.

4:15 – 5:15 PM

Red Carpet Red Carpet Pre-Show starts

Walk the red carpet, photographs, short interviews with media. Once done, walk inside PPAC main theater towards backstage and check into your dressing room.

5:00 PM

Dinner Dinner — PPAC Backstage

Catering provided at PPAC backstage area. All departments.

5:15 PM

Red Carpet Event ends

Head backstage to your dressing room.

Logistics Hotel Check-In — Aloft Providence Downtown
Red carpet is done! Head to the Aloft Providence Downtown, 191 Dorrance St — just a 5-minute walk from PPAC. Check in, drop your bags, and freshen up before heading backstage for the show.

IPMA will cover your room and taxes — your credit card is held on file for incidentals only (room service, mini-bar, etc.). Please note that any damage to the room or smoking violations will result in charges to the card on file.

After-Party

After-Party at Grand Lobby of PPAC. Exit the building after the show and re-check in at PPAC main entrance arcade. Mingle with public OR go to private/reserved artist area upstairs (public not allowed, IPMA security present). Wear After-Party lanyard upon entering.
